Work History: Hank has worked for IWR Therapy Systems since September, 2004. Prior to that, he worked at Encore Rehabilitation and Springhill Medical Center Rehabilitation, both in Mobile and at Innovative Therapies, Inc. in Poplarville, MS. He also worked as a teacher and coach at Mary G. Montgomery High School in Semmes, AL.
Personal: Hank has one daughter and one son. He enjoys hunting and fishing. He is a former collegiate baseball pitcher and high school baseball and football coach.
Beverly J. Wilkins, PT
Director of Physical Therapy, Brookley Facility

Work History: Beverly has worked for IWR Therapy Systems since 1994. Prior to that, she worked at Novacare in Fairhope, AL. She has also been self employed performing home health services. She has worked at several facilities, including Mercy Medical, The Rehabilitation Institute, Rehabilitation Institute of West Florida, and Fisherman’s Hospital. Beverly specializes in spine rehabilitation and has worked as a Physical Therapist since 1982 pursuing her interests in neurology and orthopaedics. She instructs continuing education classes for other allied health professionals and area businesses.
Personal: Beverly grew up in the Canal Zone, Republic of Panama and is fluent in Spanish. She has 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys backpacking, working out, hunting, swimming, fishing, traveling, and all sports (especially softball).
Linda Lowe, LPTA
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
Education: Associate Degree in Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant, Bishop State Community College, 2000Work History: Linda began working for IWR Therapy Systems in January, 2005. Prior to that, she worked at HealthSouth Rehabilitation for five years.
Personal: Linda is married and has five children. Second to caring for her family, she enjoys caring for her patients. She loves the field she has chosen and does all she can to insure the best care and rehabilitation.
David Dimmick, MS

Work History: After graduating from the University of South Alabama, David began working for IWR Therapy Systems in April of 1991.
Personal: David has lived in Mobile since 1987. He is married to Dawn Dimmick and has a son, Matthew David. David enjoys hunting, fishing and running.
Jennifer Houseknecht, LPTA

Education: Associate Degree in Science: Bishop State Community College, 2004Work History: She has worked at IWR since September of 2007. Prior to that she was employed with The Orthopaedic Group.
Personal: She is married with 3 children. She enjoys church activities at Pathway Church and spending time with her family.
Elana McDuffie
Exercise Physiologist
Education: Exercise Science, University of South Alabama, 2008Work History: Elana has been employed with IWR Therapy since 2004. She is currently working in the work hardening department specializing in Work Hardening and Conditioning as she helps patient’s achieve their fitness goals or return to work capabilities.
Personal: Elana is from the Mobile area and in 2007 became the proud mother of a son. Elana continues to coach at various levels of cheerleading and gymnastics through local gyms and high schools.
Bethany Miller, LPTA
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
Education: Associates of Science in Physical Therapy Assistant, Bishop State 2009Bachelors of Art in English, Art, and Phychology, South Alabama 2010
Work History: After graduating in 2009, Bethany began working in physical therapy pediatrics and in hippotherapy on horseback. Bethany worked for Pediatric Physical Therapy, and United Cerebral Palsy before coming to work at IWR in April 2011.
Personal: Bethany is origionally from Texas and enjoys visiting her family and snowboarding in Colorado.
